Artisan Cheese Production for Baton Rouge

In this project, I was prompted to design a cheese creamery adjacent to Fulness Farms, a small independently owned organic farm in Baton Rouge. The creamery would both produce, ship, and sell cheese to local consumers. Using traditional French Villas as a precedent, my design features arches, pitched roofs, and a courtyard for visitors to enjoy while watching the production of Brie.
